1979年3月～1990年12月,采用各种皮瓣修复舌癌,口底癌切除后的口腔缺损87例。结果表明术后1～2年语言功能恢复情况满意,术后1年发音可懂度达60～90％以上者为全部治疗患者的90％,术后达93.2％。能经口进固体食物及软食者,术后1年为85.2％,术后2年为93.2％。文章比较了各种皮瓣的治疗效果;强调保留及恢复下颌骨的连续性的重要性。
