报道5例腰椎Ⅰ～Ⅱ°滑脱,伴有腰痛患者,釆用带腰髂肋肌蒂的髂骨瓣移位作脊柱融合手术。经随访,全部达到骨性融合,腰痛症状解除。介绍了手术方法。
