Eleven cases of maxillo-facial perforating defects following excision of oral cancers repaired by the method of folded skin flap were reported. The flaps were survived in all except in 3 cases there were local necrosis. The method of repair, the choice of skin flaps, the advantages of the method and the problems remained wore discussed. It was noted that the method of repair of the perforating defects over the maxillofacial region by folded skin flaps was easy and applicable.
