重症急性心源性肺水肿(ACPE)为临床常见的危重症，经传统药物治疗后往往不能迅速缓解症状，死亡率极高 。近年来，机械通气治疗重症ACPE取得显著效果 。2005
年10月-2008年2月对25例重症ACPE患者应用有创机械通气治疗，取得显著疗效，现报告如下。
