地震导致的房屋垮塌、山体滑坡、泥石流，一般伴随有大量泥土粉尘形成。处于此类环境中的人员，可以在短期内吸人大量的粉尘，形成急性吸人性肺炎，所产生的病理变化与长期井下作业的慢性粉尘吸人不同。我们收治了1例颅脑外伤合并吸人性肺炎地震伤员，其吸人性肺炎改变与经典定义的吸人性肺炎有一些差异。现整理、分析如下，以期引起对地震吸人性肺炎的诊治情况的注意。
