手术室护士对无瘤技术认知调查

【摘要】　目的　调查手术室护士对无瘤技术的认知情况，以提高其业务水平。　方法　2010年6月采用调查问卷形式对120名手术室注册护士进行调查，问卷内容包括年龄、性别、学历、手术室工作年限、是否参加过无瘤技术培训及培训类型、护士对无瘤技术的认知现状等。　结果　护士对“术中器械的处理”、“术中标本的处理及冲洗体腔的意义”知识和技能掌握相对较好，达到60.0%以上；对“无瘤技术的概念”、“肿瘤细胞在术中种植播散的途径”等知识和技能掌握较差，不足40.0%。　结论　手术室护士对于无瘤技术相关知识缺乏，应加强学习与培训，使其能更好地配合、执行无瘤技术，延长肿瘤患者的无瘤生存期。

临床护理路径在手术室实习带教中的应用与效果

目的探讨临床护理教学路径在手术室实习带教中的应用效果。 方法将2010年5月－2011年1月在手术室实习的60名护理实习生（护生）分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用传统方法带教，试验组采用临床护理教学路径带教。 结果试验组护生的理论、操作技能考试成绩明显优于对照组，其对带教老师的满意度也较对照组高（P＜0.05）。 结论采用临床护理教学路径予以带教，不仅提高了整体带教能力，使护理带教质量得以持续改进，而且护生的理论知识和操作技能获得全面提升。

The opinion of operating room nurse on the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS): A survey questionnaire

Objective To investigate the opinions of operating room nurse (ORN) on enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS). Methods A questionnaire survey was performed among 215 ORNs in West China Hospital. There were 10 males and 205 females at age of 33.4±8.84 years. Results A total of 154 ORNs (71.6%) thought that we already had very good ERAS theory but we still needed more practice. Thirty-four ORNs(15.8%) thought that the application of ERAS was poor in our clinic comparing to other countries.A percentage of 84.2% (181/215) ORNs thought the criteria to judge whether the ERAS succeed or not should be average days of hospitalization, patients' feeling, and experience and social satisfactions. Besides, 78.1% (168/215) ORNs selected team building as the key point of ERAS success. There were 91.2% (196/215) ORNs who believed expert consensus and ERAS guide should be worked out and propagandized through academic forum or conference in order to popularize the ERAS. Conclusion The theory of ERAS has already been accepted by almost all the clinicians and team building is the best way to make ERAS work well.

手术室优质护理服务模式探讨

目的　总结手术室开展优质护理服务的模式及特点。 方法　术前访视做到用语规范化、内容常规化、指导个性化；术中护理实行服务人性化、安全核查常态化、抗生素使用及时化、手术用物清点严格化、手术配合流程化、临床护理工作创新化等，同时加强对患者皮肤、体温的护理，强化安全转运及回访。 结果　开展优质护理服务后，患者和手术医生对护理服务的满意度明显提高。 结论　只要坚持以患者为中心，不断改进工作方法，优化工作流程，创新护理服务理念与手段，就可实现让患者满意、社会满意、政府满意的优质护理服务目标。

Problems in the Management of Clean Operation Room and the Countermeasures

ObjectiveTo research on the efficient and scientific management for clean operation room. MethodsWe invited a specialist team to deal with the problems of clean operation rooms in our hospital found by a third-party monitoring organization in June 2012. Through making regulations, installing equipment, strengthening management and distributing responsibilities, we tried to correct such problems as unstandardized number of dust particles, pressure, temperature and humidity. ResultsWithin two months of reforming, under multi-disciplinary cooperation, environmental monitoring of the clean operation room reached the management standard. ConclusionStrengthening the management of operation staff, logistics, environment and equipment can assure that the clean operation room conforms to the national management standard. This can effectively prevent hospital infection and assure medical safety. Multi-disciplinary cooperation plays a very important role through the process.

手术室护士足部皮肤损伤影响因素及防护对策分析

目的探讨引起手术室护士足部皮肤损伤的因素，寻求相关的防护对策。 方法2012年6月-2013年5月对150名手术室护士跟踪调查，针对足部皮肤损伤的相关因素，改善工作环境，增加防护措施，加强学习教育，合理工作安排，实施人性化管理。 结果在干预前，150名护士足部皮肤均有不同程度的增厚、干燥，其中57名护士足跟部发生皲裂，93名被手术室内手术用品和（或）设备挂碰致皮肤破损（34名发生感染）。干预后132名护士未发生皮肤增厚、干燥；7名发生皲裂；11名被设备挂碰，挂碰后及时处理未发生皮肤感染。 结论手术室护士在日常工作中加强相应的防护对策可以有效地降低职业损伤，减轻身心压力。

降低手术室感染的主要措施及效果

摘要:目的:探讨襄樊市中心医院如何强化手术室管理，预防和控制感染，降低围手术期和术后感染,提高手术成功率,缩短患者住院时间。 方法:对该院手术室管理过程中可能造成感染的环节进行全面分析，找出存在的问题和原因，寻找改善和提高控制感染的方法和措施。 结果:该手术室严格执行消毒隔离制度，定期检测消毒合格情况，形成了完整的控制手术室感染管理办法。 结论:强化手术室感染控制体系，对提高管理质量，控制感染具有重要的作用。

Management specification for day surgery operating room in West China Hospital of Sichuan University

Day surgery can shorten the average hospital stay and enhance the recovery of patients, and has great social and economic benefits. In order to provide reference for the establishment of standardized operating room management, West China Hospital of Sichuan University summed up the experience of past years to develop this management specification for day surgery operating room. The main contents of this specification include: the principles of scheduling day surgery; the resource allocation of operating room; operating room nursing care, nursing points, and precautions. The release of this specification is conducive to the improvement of the nursing management for day surgery operating room, and the promotion of day surgery.
