  • 基于加拿大带教模式的临床教学方法改革研究

    目的探讨提高护理本科实习生临床工作能力的带教模式。 方法2013年6月59名轮转妇科的护理学生接受基于加拿大带教模式的临床实习带教(新模式),在其他科室轮转时接受传统模式带教作为对照(旧模式)。实习结束后,由研究者组织实习生对其临床工作能力的提高情况进行自我评价。 结果在价值观、临床工作能力和沟通协作能力、专业发展能力等方面,新模式与旧模式带教相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在管理能力和外语能力方面,两种模式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论采用新模式带教后,实习生在职业价值观、临床服务能力和沟通能力、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、临床教学、科研能力等方面得到了较大的提升。但是,在临床带教过程中如何培养学生的管理能力和提高学生外语水平还有待进一步研究。

  • Investigation of the Adaptation Condition of Nursing Undergraduates at the Early Stage of Enrollment

    ObjectiveTo understand the adaptation condition of undergraduate nursing students at the early stage of enrollment so as to provide reference frame for the development of college students' adaptability and mental health education. MethodTotally 75 full-time baccalaureate nursing students were recruited from a comprehensive university by convenience sampling method In November 2014. Adaptation condition was investigated with China College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS). Statistical analysis methods were applied to analysis differences of the adaptability of college and its various dimensions scores in general data statistics. ResultsThe average score of adaptation ability was (206.88±31.02) points. There were significant differences in the level of getting along with their parents and confidence in nursing speciality (P<0.05) , while no significant differences were found among students in gender, nationality, only China one students, students' regions and reasons of choosing nursing speciality (P>0.05) . ConclusionsThe current adaptation situation of nursing undergraduates freshmen should be improved. It is necessary to carry out a series of targeted activities for the entrance education of college students to promote the adaptability of university life.

  • 护理本科实习生临床能力评价指标品质检验

    【摘要】 目的 检验经三轮德尔菲专家咨询法拟定的“护理本科实习生临床能力评价指标体系”的品质。 方法 2007年7月-12月,采用拟定的指标体系对52名护理本科实习生进行临床能力实测,采用克朗巴赫α系数进行信度检验,运用内容效度进行效度分析,并论证指标体系的区分度。 结果 指标体系整体的α系数为0.969 8,指标体系内部各构成要素的α系数介于0.831 6~0.942 3之间(gt;0.8);逻辑分析表明指标体系内容效度较好;指标体系各维度与总指标体系评价结果的相关系数介于0.845 1~0.958 2之间,各维度与其内部各指标间的相关系数介于0.300 8~0.952 5,均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05);指标体系的区分指数为0.518 3(gt;0.4)。 结论 指标体系品质较好。

  • 护理本科生对艾滋病相关知识及态度的调查分析

    目的 了解护理本科生(护生)对艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识了解情况及对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS患者的态度,为学校开展相关健康教育提供参考依据。 方法 2011年2月采用问卷调查法,对285名护生进行调查,收回问卷276份,有效问卷257份。 结果 护生对HIV/AIDS相关知识平均得分为(21.2 ± 3.8)分,对正确使用安全套知识平均得分为(3.7 ± 1.6)分,各年级掌握情况有差异(P<0.001)。257名护生中,82.5%对因输血或注射感染HIV者持同情态度,33.9%和32.3%的护生对因婚前或婚外性行为、性服务者而感染HIV者持歧视态度。 结论 学校应对护生进行系统正确的HIV/AIDS相关知识的教育,培养护生正确对待HIV感染者/AIDS患者的态度。

  • 跌倒情景教学法在神经内科本科护理学生实习带教中的应用

    目的探讨适合神经内科本科实习护理学生(护生)掌握跌倒相关知识及跌倒患者急救处理技能的带教方法。 方法以2012年4月-2013年4月实习的32名护生为研究对象,随机分为8个小组,每组4名护生在神经内科实习共6周。按照实习先后顺序,奇数纳入试验组(共4个小组),偶数纳入对照组(共4个小组)。试验组通过模拟患者跌倒急救情景进行急救训练,并结合跌倒患者预防及处理专科知识讲解;对照组则通过传统的跌倒患者预防及处理专科知识讲解进行教学。于实习结束出科前进行跌倒患者预防、急救处理理论知识及跌倒患者(模拟)处理操作进行考核,比较两组教学效果。 结果试验组出科前跌倒相关理论知识成绩及跌倒患者处理操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论跌倒患者情景教学法能使护生更牢固地掌握跌倒相关知识及急救技能,可激发护生的兴趣及参与热情,提升其综合能力,同时提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得推广。

  • Study on Life Attitudes of Nursing Undergraduates in a University

    ObjectiveTo know the life attitude and its influence factors of nursing undergraduates in a school of nursing,so as to provide the theoretical evidence for the exploration of the way of life education. MethodsA cluster sample of 246 nursing undergraduates were asked to complete the survey,who were sampled from grade 2008 to grade 2011 in a University of Sichuan province between Nevember and December 2011.Then we used the way of questionnaire to analyze and research the life attitude and its influence factors of nursing students,and this study mainly used the Life Attitude Scale (LAS) questionnaire which was made by Taiwan scholar Manying Xie. ResultsThe total score of the investigated nursing students'attitude to life was 365.1±43.6,and the total and each level scores were higher than Taiwan college students and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Female students'total score of attitude to life and the existence sense dimension were significantly higher than male students'(P<0.05).The third grade students'score of love and care level had a significant difference with the second grade and the first grade students (P<0.05).Through correlation analysis,nursing students'life attitude and self-rating interpersonal relationship (r=0.256,P=0.000),the situation of families talking about death (r=0.210,P=0.001),whether there was a Dutch act idea (r=0.172,P=0.007),family income (r=0.151,P=0.017),gender (r=0.130,P=0.042) and whether had siblings (r=-0.143,P=0.025) were positively correlated. ConclusionWe should carry out targeted life and death education for nursing students to promote them to establish positive life attitude and value.

  • Discussion and Analysis on Clinical Teaching Methods for Undergraduate Nursing Students

    【摘要】护理是一门科学性极强的应用性学科,在临床实习期运用好的带教方法为护理本科生实施带教,以帮助其更快、更好地完成从单纯接受知识到运用知识解决实际问题的转变。文章总结了近年来在护理本科生临床实习过程中所采用的创新带教方法,并对其科学依据和特点进行分析,为本科护理实习临床带教提供理论参考。【Abstract】 Nursing is a discipline of scientific application. In the clinical intern period, with better teaching methods, nursing students can faster and better complete the transformation from simple knowledge acceptance to use of knowledge to solve practical problems. We summarized some innovative teaching methods in the clinical intern period of the nursing undergraduate students in recent years, and analyzed the scientific base and advantages of each method, to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing practice.

  • Comprehensive Research on Baccalaureate Nursing Students’ Expectations of Clinical Nursing teachers

    目的 了解高校护理本科生(下称护生)在临床实习阶段对带教教师的具体期望,为临床带教老师的培养提供依据。 方法 以杜威的反思思维理论为基础,使用Van Manen的诠释现象学研究方法暨反思日记分析,于2011年1月对67名护生的临床反思日记进行分析;同时采用自行设计的问卷就护生对临床教学的评价进行调查。 结果 护生对临床带教教师的反思主要集中于5个主题,即期望带教老师制定合理的、有针对性的带教计划并采用灵活多样的教学手段,期望得到带教老师的肯定和鼓励,期望得到独立实践护理角色的机会,期望带教老师注重培养护生的临床思维能力,期望带教老师拥有良好的综合素质;护生对临床教学评价总平均分为(4.51 ± 0.06)分,得分率为87.3%。 结论 临床带教老师在不断提升自身综合素质的同时,应根据护理本科人才能力培养目标制定合理的实习计划,选择恰当的教学方式,提供良好的临床学习环境,以进一步提高临床教学质量。

  • 护理本科生社区护理实践教学模式探讨

    目的 为进一步提高社区护理实践教学能力、为社区培养实用型护理人才做参考借鉴。 方法 对2005年7月-2012年7月于成都市玉林社区卫生服务中心实习的护理本科生在实践过程中实行实践教学前期准备、组织参与各种社区护理实践、灵活运用教学方法并进行效果评价。 结果 经过社区护理实践,护理本科生在专业技能和社交能力上都有了很大的提高,对社区护理有了更深刻的认识和理解。 结论 该社区护理实践教学模式有助于提高社区护理教学质量,培养社区护理人才。

  • Influence of Psychiatric Nursing Course on Attitude of Nursing Undergraduates to Patients with Mental Illness

    ObjectiveTo compare attitudes of nursing undergraduates to patients with mental illness before and after learning psychiatric nursing course and provide evidence for the improvement of teaching of the course. MethodsStigma scale to patients with mental illness was used as a questionnaire for collecting data, which was conducted on nursing undergraduates taking psychiatric nursing course between March and June 2012. Paired t-test was used to compare the differences between students' attitudes before and after learning the course. ResultsSignificant difference was found for danger factor (P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in the social isolation factor and social ability factor before and after the psychiatric nursing course (P>0.05). ConclusionPsychiatric nursing course has a great influence on students' evaluation of the danger of patients with mental illness which reduces the discrimination against the patients.
