目的 探讨移动式床旁CT在神经重症监护病房（ICU）的应用及护理配合。
方法 回顾分析2011年6月23日08:00－10月15日21:10使用移动式床旁CT行床旁CT检查的97例患者临床资料和检查过程中的护理。
结果 移动式床旁CT的准确应用及时为医疗提供诊治依据，在患者病情变化时，在不增加风险的情况下了解颅内的病情并及时作出处理，减少对患者的转运，增加其安全性，对提高医护质量起到重要作用，本组97例患者均成功完成CT检查，未出现安全隐患。
结论 在神经ICU使用移动式床旁式CT可以及时地发现患者出现的各种异常情况变化，有效地避免搬动患者外出检查所带来的各种风险。
