【摘要】 目的 总结糖尿病患者烧伤后的创面诊治措施。 方法 回顾总结2007年10月-2010年5月30例糖尿病患者发生烧伤后，其治疗中就严格饮食控制、调节血糖、防治感染及处理创面等综合治疗的手段与方法。 结果 30例患者均未出现糖尿病急性并发症且烧伤创面愈合。 结论 加强血糖控制，积极创面处理，应用抗生素、防治多种并发症，是治疗糖尿病烧伤的关键。
