目的：探索肘关节恐怖三联征的术后护理要点。方法：对我科收治的15名肘关节恐怖三联征行手术治疗的患者施行全面的术后护理，并进行6个月~ 4年的随访。结果：患者骨折均愈合，肘关节稳定，功能恢复满意，患者生活质量满意度高。结论：肘关节恐怖三联征患者经过手术治疗和术后的全面护理，对促进患者的肘关节功能康复、提高患者术后生活质量具有重要意义。
